2. Exchange Requests & Timeline

  • To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

  • Requests submitted after this 24-hour period may not be eligible for review.

3. Item Condition

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

4. Handcrafted Variations

  • Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, embellishments, or handcrafted details are not considered defects and do not qualify for exchange or refund.

5. Right of Assessment

  • Rana by Sarwet reserves the right to assess all claims and make the final decision regarding eligibility for exchange.
